The answers you'd ask for.
How long does a full relace take? +
Three to five days from when I receive the glove. Partial relaces (single section) can usually turn around in 2–3 days. Need it faster? A $40 rush fee gets you 48 hours.
What if the leather is too far gone? +
I'll tell you before charging. If the leather can't support new laces, relacing won't hold and I won't pretend it will. Send photos first and I'll give you an honest read.
Can you match my lace color exactly? +
Standard colors (tan, black, brown) are always in stock. Custom colors (red, navy, royal blue, white, orange, pink) add $10. I'll send a photo of the lace sample before starting.
How does pickup work? +
Drop off and pick up from my location in Waterdown. A secure drop box is available for after-hours drop-off and collection — no need to coordinate schedules. Outside the area, mail-in with prepaid return label is available. Return shipping is included in the price for mail-in.
What if I'm not happy with the work? +
I'll make it right. If you're not satisfied with the relacing, I'll redo it or refund the labor. No arguing about it.
How do I keep my glove in shape between relaces? +
Wipe it down after games, store it with a ball in the pocket, and condition the leather lightly every few months. Don't over-oil it, which softens the leather too much. Rawlings' official glove-care products and guide are a good reference. When the laces start to stretch or fray, that's the time to bring it in.
