We're based in Waterdown, Ontario, and serve the surrounding area including Burlington, Hamilton, and Oakville. Drop-off, pick-up, and a secure after-hours drop box are available locally, and mail-in service is available anywhere in Canada with a prepaid return label.
Do you relace softball gloves as well as baseball gloves? +
Yes. We relace and repair both baseball and softball gloves, including fastpitch and slo-pitch. Softball gloves are laced differently, so each one is matched with the right lace and relaced by hand.
How much does glove relacing cost? +
Flat pricing, no "call for a quote." A partial (single-section) relace starts at $45, a full relace is $80, and a full-service restoration (relace, deep clean, conditioning, and pocket rebuild) is $125. Catcher's and first-base mitts add $15. See the full relacing service tiers.
How long does glove relacing take? +
Most relaces turn around in 2 to 5 days, and a full-service restoration takes 7 to 10 days. Need it for a tournament? A $40 rush option gets your glove back in 48 hours.
Who does the relacing work? +
Every glove is relaced by hand by Brock Marshall. Brock has 25+ years in baseball, coaching with Team Ontario and the Hamilton Astros, and comes from a baseball family. His father Murray was the first inductee into the Team Ontario Baseball Hall of Fame.
